- Experience in the field
- Good physical form
- Valid occupational safety card
- The Finnish language is beneficial
- Estonian or English language is necessary
- Tax number/identity ( if necessary we will help to get it)
- Opportunity to use a car
- Dutiful, accuracy, correctness, speed
